Hostel do Mar

If you look closely, my hostel is tucked in amongst the other buildings. The best part of being there in a hostel is all the people I met. I made friends with a young German surfer who was spending  a week in the same place. We had a chess game every night. One night I made curry and shared it with the other occupants. Most were hikers. 

When I arrived, the first thing I asked the hostess after seeing how small the village was "what will I do for 4 days?!" She assured me there was plenty of trekking which was really the reason I booked the time there.
